If (unlike 90% of cases) your issue cannot be solved over the telephone or by remote access, the problem will be logged in our support system and analysed by a team of consultants, software developers and business managers. From there, we will provide a bespoke solution according to your needs. We are always happy to receive requests if a product or service isn’t available.
We have always championed data security, with significant research and development into advanced data storage systems resulting in DDS Cluster Technology. This is the industry standard for continuous big data systems. Further to the advancements made in data security, we offer a free external backup service for all customers. We provide off-site storage in one of our secure data centres and can arrange monthly, weekly or even daily backups for your data.
